Hi! I'm Amy. I started Well Balanced Women with the goal to be the provider I have always needed along my own motherhood journey. I specialize in Reproductive Psychiatry which refers to Women's Mental Health across the reproductive lifespan. This includes preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and the transition through perimenopause. We will work together to find the right treatment plan specifically for you. I create an environment that is welcoming and laid back so you will be comfortable from the start. There will never be waiting days for a response or running out of medications because you can't get ahold of my office. The only regret you might have is that you didn't find me sooner. I am looking forward to working with you!
